Check back on August 19 for more information!

Campus partners: submit an event for the calendar

Be part of Getting Your Bearings (GYB)!

University departments and registered student groups may post an item on the calendar:

Note: If you pre-registered with us, an email with our Easy WW Event Form link was sent on July 7. If you didn't get an email, please contact us:

When you're planning your event, make sure to schedule it according to the theme weeks below. We are being intentional with the structure of GYB, and we are not advertising events that are outside of these themes and their time frames.

Week 1 (August 23-30): Welcome, Campus Culture, Mandatory Events (e.g., Convocation, Bear Pact, and academic orientations)

Week 2 (August 31-September 6): Community and Involvement (e.g., Calapalooza, student-run events, and tours)

Week 3 (September 7-14): Campus Services and Resources (e.g., department open houses or workshops)

The deadline to submit a listing for the print calendar is Friday, August 8, 2014.

If you have questions about when you should schedule your event, please contact Nathan Zaidie,
